AdvanceBridge Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (Tax ID 0105104332181) provides paid programming consulting through scoped projects and prepaid advisory sessions. This policy explains refunds when those paid services are cancelled or disputed.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees you have paid AdvanceBridge for consulting under a signed agreement or issued invoice. Discovery deposits, advisory hour packs, and milestone invoices may have different rules as stated in your statement of work.
Cancellation by you
- Advisory sessions not yet delivered: Cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start for a full refund of unused prepaid hours, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs we documented in advance.
- Project engagements: If you cancel after work begins, you owe fees for accepted deliverables and hours logged through the cancellation date. Any prepaid balance beyond that may be refunded within fourteen (14) business days.
Cancellation by AdvanceBridge
If we cannot perform due to conflict of interest, capacity limits, or your material breach of the agreement, we will refund unused prepaid amounts for undelivered work.
Non-refundable items
Third-party licenses, cloud resources, or travel already purchased in your name; work you have formally accepted in writing; and rush fees disclosed as non-refundable in the quote.
Process
Email info@advancebridge.digital or call +66-2-000-2303 with your invoice number and reason. We confirm receipt within three (3) business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days unless banking rules require longer.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Advisory sessions may be rescheduled once without charge when you notify us forty-eight (48) hours ahead. Missed sessions without notice may be charged as delivered.
Disputes
We aim to resolve billing disagreements in good faith before formal dispute channels. Thai consumer protection law may grant additional rights where applicable.
